CG Scrapbook Challenge

Hello!
Apologies for this not being posted sooner - blogger is not being nice and I have struggled with a lot of posts and getting my images on...

This is my first challenge for CG Scrapbook Challenge and I am offering the prize...
Those of you that know me will know that as a crafter I love all that is Stampin' Up! from the card, DSP, ink and embellishments!

So the prize that I am offering is perfect for scrapbooking...
A Stampset of sentiments, a reel of ribbon and a tub of clips.

This months challenge is to create a layout that is

BLUE

SO here is what I have done

I have kept the layout very simple just using some dotty DSP from stampin up and distressing the images slightly, I didn't think it needed anything else!

I hope that you will join in the challenge this month! Cannot wait to see what you create. Thanks for stopping by and apologies again for how late this is!

HAPPY CRAFTING!

Julie's Jems BLOG HOP...

Hello!

you will have joined me this morning from Julie's blog and what great projects she had to share I am sure that you will agree...

the canvas

My first project is a very quick canvas - inked with with a sponge and then I have added flowers and a sentiment with crystal effects - I love this effect and so pleased with how it turned out - stamped on the roll they use on the beds at physio - very thick (only I have lay on it!) I added three buttons...

My second project...

I have stamped the phonebox from 'feeling sentimental' in chocolate chip on VV card with the sentiment underneath it. I have added DSP detail to the edge of thee card and also three buttons - added to a chocolate chip card blank. A very simple card but love the effect of the DSP

My final project is another card using 'feeling sentimental'

I have used rich razzleberry with VV for this colour combination and I think they look great together for a male card
I have added pearls around the image and have used DSP to the left hand side of the card... I have tried to match it up to the layer below...
Did it work??

SAB GOODIES....

Hello!

I have finally managed to get around to finding the time to craft just for fun... I have used 'bloomin marvelous' one of the new SAB sets that is available for the next couple of months when you spend £45 on products from either of the catalogues...

I have kept them single layer something I very rarely do and I am really pleased with the results! What do you think??

I have randomly stamped the butterflies - stamping them off as I went up the card and then I inked the edges of the card. The sentiment is from the same set also, I love the font that they have chosen... I have then added dazzling details to the ATC and smudged it to blur the images slightly - love the effect that this creates...

I have stamped the bird in three colours and then added 3 contrasting subtle brads to opposing corners of the ATC. Again inking the edges and adding the sentiment to the top ad the bottom

I love this one!
randomly stamped flowers all over the left hand side of the the blank. Adding the leaf detail as well
The sentiment added to the right side and inking the edges
I added three more flowers with dimensionals for some depth. I added some dazzling details to the centre of some flowers also...

supplies
stamps - bloomin marvelous
accessories - dazzling details
ink - raspberry ripple, summer starfruit, gumball green, rich razzleberry

I hope you like them and thank you for looking...
